Please note:
- Production Time: This item is made-to-order and typically takes 3-6 months to be ready before shipping.（Depends on the order）
- Why Pre-Order?: Our dolls and accessories are crafted in limited batches by selected studios. Pre-ordering ensures you reserve your piece before it sells out.
- Mixed Orders: If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. Please place separate orders if you need faster delivery for in-stock items.

Shipping & Returns
🚚 Shipping Time: Once produced, your order will be shipped from our international warehouse and may take7-14 days to arrive depending on your location.
📦Return & Refund Policy：Due to the handmade and pre-order nature of our BJD dolls and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please read carefully before purchasing:
- Final Sale: All items, especially custom, made-to-order, or pre-order products, are final sale and non-refundable.
- Damaged or Wrong Item? Please contact us within 20 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
