• Final sale: All pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale—no returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective. 
• Defect claims:
  Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Customer-initiated damage:
  Damage caused by misuse, dropping, sunlight, or alterations is not eligible for refund or replacement. 
• Return shipping:
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.
